What do you enjoy most about cross-country?
Working as a team to improve ourselves.

What is the most challenging aspect of cross-country for you?
The last mile of a race.

What advice would you give to someone who is new to cross country running?
Stay persistent and dedicated to your goals and you will be happy with the outcome.

What are your goals for this cross-country season?
Top 15 in the WPIAL.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from cross-country running?
Don’t overwork yourself. Keep your hard days hard and your easy days easy.
What is your favorite running quote?
“Only the disciplined ones in life are free” -Eliud Kipchoge

One of the leaders of the boys’ Mount Lebanon XC team, Ethan possesses leadership and experience on the cross-country team. Ethan kicked off the 2023 season with a sub-17-minute performance at the Mingo Scrimmage. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see him finish in the top 25 at the WPIAL at the end of October.
