North Catholic’s Madeline Meeuf trailed for the majority of the race but put on a surge on the very last hill to separate from the field, claiming the AA WPIAL girls’ championship this season.

Will Dale Hall be closely following Ryan Pajak in the AA boys’ field ?
Dale Hall claimed a silver medal at the WPIAL finals and finished 4th at the PIAA Championships.

Which freshmen will make an immediate impact in the WPIAL?
North Catholic’s Grace Plastino claimed the silver medal at the PIAA Championships.

Which public school team can defeat a private school team in Single-A boys and girls for a WPIAL team championship?
Mohawk girls and Riverview boys both won the WPIAL team championships this year over a strong field.

The Montour girls finished in 2nd place in the girls AA team title field.
