In the world of high school track and field, we often hear about the amazing athletes who break records and win medals. However, today, I want to talk about the people who help these athletes shine: the coaches. I decided to put together a list of what I call a “dream” coaching staff. These 14 coaches aren’t just any coaches; they are the ones who go the extra mile for their teams. Each coach on this list brings something special to their team. They know how to push their athletes to do their best, but they also care about them as people. It’s important to remember that behind every great athlete is a great coach who helped them get there. This list is a way to recognize those coaches and the incredible work they do. So, to all the coaches out there making a difference in their athletes’ lives, this one’s for you.
