What is your pre-race routine?
I take a walk outside, eat a bagel with cream cheese and a bowl of fruit, and then get ready to go to the race.
How do you stay motivated during tough training sessions?
I always practice with my teammates, so we push each other to be better. I also think about the work other teams are putting in and how slacking off during practice could cost me during a race.
What are your goals for this season?
I want to go sub-16, place in the top 5 at WPIALs, medal at states, and win the state meet as a team.
