Grace Fritzman of West Allegheny picked up her second invitational win of the cross country season at the Red, White, and Blue Classic, running 18:22, which is a full minute faster than her 2023 performance. She has established herself as one of the top girls in the WPIAL this season.
Salt & Pepper Athlete of the Week
Michael Braun of Freeport Area dominated the Boys AA Red, White, and Blue race, finishing with an impressive time of 15:49. He showcased incredible control, leading the race from start to finish with confidence and determination in his invitational debut.
