How do you stay mentally strong when training gets tough?
When I’m struggling with a tough workout, I like to mentally break it down into smaller pieces and remind myself that the benefits far outweigh the temporary pain.
What’s been the most unforgettable race of your career so far?
My most memorable race was the 400m at the 2024 WPIAL Championship. I ran a PR and qualified for states. It was an exciting race with a great group of competitors!
What’s the biggest goal you’re determined to achieve this season?
My biggest goal this season is to become a stronger runner and set new personal records in the 400m and 800m.
